THE NEXT STEP
A first conversation. No pressure. Just possibilities.
info@naghamalaa.comStart with one real task: can a new visitor understand your service and contact you? This checklist helps identify questions worth investigating.
Can a visitor tell what you offer, who it is for, and what to do next? Read the headline without the images. Replace abstract promises with a concrete service and useful outcome. Keep the personality, but let clarity lead. A visually striking first screen still needs to answer basic questions.
Start on the homepage, choose a service, and find the inquiry action. Note every point where you must guess a link’s meaning or go backwards. Ask another person to try the same task without coaching them. One person’s feedback is a useful observation, not proof about every customer.
On a real phone, check readable text, usable navigation, and comfortable button targets. Then move through the page with the Tab key: is focus visible, and can you leave menus and dialogs? Check that fixed elements do not cover the content or the form’s submit button.
Leave a required field empty and enter an invalid email. Does the error explain what to fix? Are the other entries preserved? A successful submission should explain the next step. Avoid sending unnecessary production inquiries: agree on a test process before verifying live forms.
Record the observation, impact, evidence, and proposed change. Start with barriers to contacting you or understanding the core content. Repeat the task after the change. A checklist does not replace an accessibility audit or user research, but it can turn a vague redesign request into focused questions.
